Examples of installations appear below. They include the following product categories:
- Upper Air products treat the upper portion of the air in a room with high intensity UV which is then circulated throughout the space
- DIBEL (Direct Irradiation Below Exposure Limits) products directly treat the occupied space with UV levels below exposure limits
- Closed System products fully enclose high intensity UV to treat air that is then circulated throughout the space
- Open System products utilise high intensity UV to treat the space when unoccupied

Photo courtesy of Signify The Royal Theatre Carré in Amsterdam was the first theatre in the Netherlands to install disinfecting UV-C lighting. The Royal Theatre Carré equipped 15 dressing rooms, the artist foyer as well as the public foyers and 14 staff offices with more than 70 UV-C wall mounted upper air luminaires. |
Photo courtesy of GE Current, a Daintree company The Long Island Aquarium wanted to provide continuous air disinfection in heavily trafficked areas. UV-C DIBEL devices were installed throughout the facility to emit viricidal UV light with LEDs. The devices provide continuous inactivation of pathogens with direct irradiation below exposure limits throughout the day. |

Photo courtesy of OSRAM The installed UV-C fixtures disinfect workspaces in a short amount of time in the absence of people, either after office hours and/or in-between client occupied scheduled times. The fixture has a sensor that pauses disinfection when motion is detected. The fixture is wired to a control safety circuit. |
Photo courtesy of GE Current, a Daintree company These fixtures were installed in dental suites and are used throughout the day during periods of occupancy. The fixtures use LEDs to emit continuous germicidal UV light below exposure limits directly in the suites while occupied. |
Photo courtesy of Signify Vauban Clinic is located near Paris in an area with an active and intense cluster of COVID-19. The clinic wanted to minimise infection by installing UV-C disinfection luminaires in patient reception rooms. The technology’s operating principle is extremely simple; it continuously emits powerful UV-C in the upper part of the room, disinfecting the entire volume of air in a matter of minutes utilising natural air convection. |
